Shipping & Returns
Standard orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Personalized orders (including awareness bandanas) will ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Custom orders - Production and shipping times will vary depending on the nature of the specific project and the customer's needs.
**Delivery times may be longer than usual due to COVID-19**
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking information provided.
Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International and may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date.
All customers outside of the United States are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Please contact us if you are outside of the US and Canada and wish to place an order. We are happy to do what we can to accommodate all customers.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Three Wags is committed to happy customers! We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, but If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of receipt.
We will answer questions and provide instructions for the return or exchange. We will accept returns of full price, unused and unwashed merchandise within this 14 day period. For exchanges and returns, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Three Wags reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of custom orders, sale merchandise or personalized items. Because of the nature of the product, social distancing mask sales are final.
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect for some reason. Once the item is returned and accepted, a refund will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return in the original payment method.
