HOLIDAY DEADLINES: Updated Dec. 9, 2018. Current production time for shipping orders is 5-7 business days. All orders shipping within the US, must be placed by Dec. 15th to ensure delivery in time for Christmas. For Canadian customers, the deadline for regular First Class and Priority International Service has passed so please contact Three Wags regarding any holiday delivery requests.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking information provided. Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority International to Canada and may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. Please contact Three Wags if you are outside of the US and Canada and wish to order Three Wags products. We are happy to do what we can to accommodate all customers.
Three Wags will exchange or replace damaged items, but we cannot be responsible for items lost by the USPS. Please let us know when you place your order if you wish insurance to be added to your purchase.
International Buyers - All customers outside of the United States are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Three Wags is committed to happy customers, and we stand behind all of our dog products. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund within 10 days of customer receipt date. We will answer questions and provide instructions for the return or exchange. We will accept returns of full price, unused and unwashed merchandise within this 10 day period.
Three Wags reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of custom orders, items purchased on sale or personalized items.
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect for some reason. Once the item is returned and accepted, a refund will be issued less the shipping costs. The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the return in the original payment method.
